The diversity of its flavours makes it suitable for all occasions and offers a range of taste sensations: freshness, sweetness, smoothness.

Bissardon is committed to sourcing fruits locally, from local growers. But in certain seasons the fruit available may be affected by bad weather conditions, leading us to change varieties in order to fully respect short supply chains and, of course, the seasonality of the fruit.
